Process

3. Ship the product back to MORNALVEXIS using the address provided, including the RAN inside your return package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, MORNALVEXIS will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

• Custom-made products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
